Job Description:
The Office Operations Manager Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of our office. You will oversee administrative staff, manage office procedures, and support the agency's strategic goals. This position requires a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of office management within the insurance industry. Bilingual in Spanish and recent Allstate experience is required.
Responsibilities

- Office Management: Supervise daily operations of the office, including administrative support, facilities management, and vendor relationships
- Staff Training: Lead and mentor administrative staff, ensuring high performance, professional development, and adherence to company policies
- Process Improvement: Implement and optimize office procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Customer Service: Oversee client communication processes, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and client satisfaction
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to insurance operations
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on office performance, operational metrics, and administrative activities for management review
Qualifications:
- Allstate agency experience is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office, CRM systems) and experience with office equipment.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
