Summary: Responsible for overseeing FAB’s administrative functions including accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, human resources, payroll and IT functions by performing the following duties. This is predominately a high-level accounting position,
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Preparations of monthly financial statements.
2. Maintains all accounting records.
3. GL account maintenance and reconciliation.
4. Management of office staff, if existing.
5. Assists audits and reviews.
6. Communicates and production of internal and external reporting.
7. Tracking job/labor costs.
8. Cash management and banking tasks. (payables)
9. Tax return preparation, review and payment in various areas.
10. Month-end and other manual GL entries.
11. Responds to various governmental surveys and censuses.
12. Ensures regulatory compliance to include: safety tracking & documentation, OSHA Compliance, and hazard training and documentation.
13. Implements new system processes as needed.
14. Documents new procedures within the department as needed.
15. Oversee human resources, IT and payroll by coordinating with corporate managers.
16. Learn software/programming for equipment programming.
17. Assist Corporate Controller as necessary.
18. Various other tasks as assigned
