Therapy Expert Solutions (TES) is actively seeking Physical Therapist Assistant Licensed in the state of Texas who can provide therapy treatments for geriatric patients in the home health setting. Pay per visit. Work at your own pace and on your own schedule; You can choose to work as much or as little as you want.
Duties:
- Providing quality physical therapy treatment intervention in patient homes as outlined in the plan of care and in accordance with Physical Therapist's orders/protocols, patient's level of function, Medicare and state licensing guidelines, and home health agency policies and procedures.
- PTA acts as link between patients, Physical Therapist, Clinical Manager(s), other members of the healthcare team and the community, consulting with supervising PT regarding patient progress or lack thereof, and reporting patient concerns to the agency, including any changes in patient's condition.
- PTA assists physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients - Provide support in conducting therapeutic exercises and modalities - Aid in patient education on exercises and home care programs

Qualifications:
- Current Active PTA License in the State of Texas.
- Current Certification in CPR
- Valid Texas Drivers License and Insurance, with reliable transportation

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
