A well-known company in western New York is currently seeking to fill the position of Property Development Manager. Nursing Home Experience Required.

DUTIES:
- Support and educate facility personnel on Federal Life Safety Codes, state regulations and survey preparedness as it relates to Long Term Care.
- Develops accurate and detailed scopes of work for capital projects, renovations, etc.
- Conducts on-site audits/inspections and provide status reports.
- Coordinate/assist with project management at the facility level.
- Participate in capital project review meetings.
- Communicate with personnel at all levels within the organization as well as external.
- 100% travel is required to all locations supported.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience as a Maintenance Director in Long Term Care or related field
- Construction Background and Project Management experience helpful
- Experience working with State/Local Officials, Architects, Contractors, Facility Staff, etc.
- Knowledge of codes related to long-term care, NFPA, ADA, etc. is preferred
- Candidate should reside in one of the states in which facilities are located.
- Ability to travel on a weekly basis to facilities located in Tennessee, Missouri, Illinois, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi.
- Nursing Home Experience Required
