Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team. The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with warranty policies, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with customers regarding warranty issues and resolutions
- Maintain detailed records of warranty claims and repairs
- Coordinate with manufacturers to resolve warranty-related issues
- Ensure compliance with warranty guidelines and policies
- Provide support to the service department in handling warranty matters
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Knowledge of automotive or equipment warranties is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.36 per hour
