We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support to our staff. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
Main Requirements :
- Operating Office software and Digital filing.
- Inventory management
- Email Management
- A Positive attitude towards learning new skillsets
- Verbal Communication skills including Chinese Cantonese. Reading Chinese is a Plus.
Responsibilities:
- Managing files and documents and Assist in the preparation of project reports.
- Answer and forward phone calls.
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, forms, etc.
- Keep track of inventory and shipments.
- Document instructions and procedures thoroughly.
- Occasional out-of-office visits to assist the General Contractor with documents and filing.
- Operating office software such as Google Docs, MS Office, etc.
- Maintain and improve effective filing systems.
- Assisting on crafting business documents.
- Effective communication procedures with company staff and Suppliers.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
