The HVAC Service Supervisor position will report to and work directly with the Vice President of HVAC Service in the creation, delivery and monitoring of sales training, designed to provide the ultimate customer experience.

Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity that will allow you to utilize your dynamic inter-personal skills in coaching, training, and leadership.
The HVAC Service Supervisor will be responsible for the overall development of a team of HVAC service technicians.
Areas of developmental focus for the team of technicians will include:

Providing an excellent customer experience

Improving technical skills and acumen; along with increasing proficiency in sales and lead generation.

Previous Service Supervisory experience in HVAC with a proven track record of success!

A successful candidate for the HVAC Service Supervisor position will possess the ability to:

Minimum 3 years experience in a role leading technician

Be organized and highly motivated

Pass a background check and drug test, and have a clean driving record

Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office

Service Titan experience (Preferred)

Nextstar training (Preferred)
