M. Marlon Ivy & Associates, a water district operations company is seeking a self driven, hard working team player for a customer service/clerical position in a fast-paced, office work environment.
Tasks include but are not limited to processing payments via telephone and physical checks, answering and screening customer service phone calls including but not limited to billing questions, work order requests and payments, processing move in and move outs work orders.
Candidate will need to have good ten key skills, computer and telephone skills, be able to multi task and be proficient with Microsoft office software.
Preferred experience in water district operations. Experience in customer service required. Bilingual preferred but not required.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
