Applicant must be located in the state of Wisconsin.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable entry, tracking, and aging.
- Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets.
- Assist in the preparation of journal entries and maintain proper documentation.
-Mange Prepaid and Accruals accounts and tracking.
- Utilize QuickBooks to record and track financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and collection activities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma and Associates Degree in Accounting or comparable experience.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial accounting principles
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of general ledger reconciliation techniques
- Experience with journal entries and financial statement preparation is preferred
- Experience and comfortability with Excel is required. The sumifs formula is used frequently.
