Job Title: Project Manager

Summary: Performs detailed phases of environmental site investigation and remediation under the direction of the Branch Manager by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Management of client portfolio which includes up to 35 sites in various phases of assessment/remediation
Establishes project needs and monitors work in progress to ensure all deliverables adhere to requirements and are submitted on time
Negotiates changes to scope of work
Consults with internal and external scientists, regulators, and engineers to plan projects
Communicating with management regarding status of projects
Project accounting including: overall project profitability, project invoicing, maintaining project AP
Directs geologic site investigations including groundwater, soil, sediment, and surface water assessment.
Preparation of data tables, figures, and graphs
Preparation of various technical reports documenting site assessment/remediation activities, remedial strategies, and pathways to site closure
Assists with writing proposals and budgets
Primary interface with client and regulatory agencies
Mentors personnel with respect to the PRP contract
Required Skills:
Thorough knowledge of Chapters 62‐780 and 62‐761, FAC including supporting guidance documents and SOPs
3+ years of experience in environmental consulting or similar industry
Knowledge of current remedial technologies including but not limited to chemical injection, AS/SVE, MPE, source removal, and natural attenuation
Knowledge of and ability to interpret site characterization and site assessment data
Knowledge and ability to implement alternative closure strategies
Ability to comply with company, FDEP, OSHA, FDOT and other job‐specific requirements
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Team player with ability to work in a fast‐paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
