Alsana is an eating disorder recovery community with 11 locations nationwide, plus our virtual program. We provide superior and committed care to help those on their journey to a healthy and successful recovery. We address the aspects of eating disorders that often go untreated in traditional recovery programs. As the Chef at Alsana, you will provide nutritious meals to clients with eating disorders, adhering to recipes that have been built and analyzed by a registered dietitian to provide for client’s individualized nutritional needs. You will participate in client education about food and adhere to allergies and dietitian approved preferences when preparing meals. You will provide meals for individuals as outlined in the recipe binder and in collaboration with the Lead Chef and Lead Dietitian, to provide appropriate nutritional intake. You are responsible for daily meal prep, food purchasing, and maintaining the kitchen according to county health codes and ServSafe standards.
