We are currently hiring a Leader, Data Platforms who will be responsible for driving capability enablement on our strategic data technologies, such as Google Cloud and Collibra. This role will report to the Director, Data Solutions & Governance and will require close collaboration with the Data & Analytics Enterprise Architect, Director, Artificial Intelligence, and Director, Analytics & Enablement.

This is a Remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and DevSecOps professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive project and operational success.
- Collaborate with the Data & Analytics Enterprise Architect, Director, Artificial Intelligence, and Director, Analytics & Enablement to define and execute the data platform strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall data and analytics vision.
- Lead the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our strategic data platforms, including Google Cloud and Collibra.
- Drive capability enablement efforts, ensuring effective utilization and adoption of the data platforms within the organization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their data and analytics requirements and effectively translate them into actionable plans and solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data platform technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies, standards, and procedures, working closely with the Director, Data Solutions & Governance.
- Monitor and establish performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness and efficiency of the data platforms, and make recommendations for improvements as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Science. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in data platform leadership roles, preferably in a large-scale, enterprise environment.
- Strong experience with strategic data technologies, such as Google Cloud and Collibra.
- Proven track record in driving capability enablement and adoption of data platforms.
- Solid understanding of data governance principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities, with a focus on creating a positive and high-performing team culture.
Base Pay Range: $142,000 to $189,000.
Additional Compensation: Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan.
