Primary Function
The Operations Specialist of Workforce Development is responsible for customer service support, managing nine phone lines for patient information, wayfinding, assisting with the everyday needs of the main entrance for Patients, Visitors and Staff. Compliance and policy maintained across all CNE operating units.
Qualifications and Specifications
High School diploma required, Associates degree preferred. Must have one to three years’ experience in the Health Care Industry supporting high quality customer service, data entry, information technology support. Must have demonstrated ability to perform in fast paced environments and handle multiple duties. Must be proficient in the English language and fluency in Spanish helpful.
