**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Hospice and Palliative Liaison to join our dynamic Lotus Blossom Hospice team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external partners and clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to explain end of life care comfortably. The Liaison will work closely with various departments to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and expansion.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive account management strategy to increase hospice conversions and expand our customer base.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key referral sources.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies and optimize account management.
- Collaborate with the organizational team to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for hospice growth and expansion.
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in outside sales, medical sales, or pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in conducting product demos and presentations.
- Ability to work effectively in an account management role.
- Strong understanding of the medical sales and pharmaceutical industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $89,282.00 per year
