We seek an experienced Senior Estimator / Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of project management and estimation within the landfill service sector, specifically with experience in gas extraction systems, leachate piping systems, pumps, and electrical control systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the estimation process for new projects, including design-build and installations, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial concept to completion, ensuring projects meet or exceed client expectations.
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of landfill gas extraction and leachate piping systems, pumps, and electrical control systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management and estimation, preferably in the landfill service industry or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of landfill gas extraction systems, leachate piping systems, pumps, and electrical control systems.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Pay: $65,276.00 - $71,472.00 per year
