Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, and creating a welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including assigning tasks to staff members and monitoring progress.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas of the hotel are cleaned to a high standard.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
- Manage and maintain the hotel's cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering and maintenance, to ensure that all aspects of the hotel are properly maintained.
- Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff to improve their performance and job satisfaction.
- Ensure all housekeeping staff are fully trained in the hotel's policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance evaluations and make recommendations for promotions or disciplinary action.
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to ensure that all hotel operations are aligned with the hotel's overall goals and objectives.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team of housekeeping staff and improving cleanliness standards.
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques.
- Familiarity with floor care and custodial services.
- Strong understanding of hospitality principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,174.00 - $65,181.00 per year
