Thank you for your interest in our open Office Manager position with Inspire Dental of Tigard, Oregon. We are currently looking for an approachable, skilled office manager to enthusiastically lead and manage our team, as well as the overall daily business operations and supports the company mission. This position is accountable for achieving our yearly patient visits, revenue, and P&L goals. You will contribute to the location's success by effectively executing the company’s business model; promoting the company culture, mission, and values; and ensuring consistent compliance with all key company programs, operating initiatives, and audits. The Dental Office Manager is directly responsible for the management of the over-all functions of the business operations through directing and developing a high performing staff team, and cultivating positive relationships with patients, and providers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversees and manages practice business operations including key performance measures and practice revenue and expenses with a week-to-week outlook.
- Work with EAssist to make sure all insurance checks and claims are processed in a timely manner
- Takes personal ownership of the practice by being a positive role model as a leader.
- Complete all necessary paperwork for onboarding and HR needs
- Takes initiative and ensures self and team are accountable to the highest standards of performance and behavior.
- Process all bills to accounts receivable.
- Process AR weekly.
- Fosters strong relationships with patients to create connections and influence patient retention.
Basic Qualifications: Experience & Skills
- One (1) year supervisory/management experience or equivalent to include P&L management and oversight. Experience in management, ideally in the healthcare and/or dental segments or retail management training and experience preferred.
- Leadership skills, including ability to build, coach and develop a high performing team.
- Previous customer service experience in retail, service, or healthcare settings is preferred.
- Computer Literacy, i.e., proficient with basic applications including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Google sheets, Google docs and Eaglesoft
- Ability to work with the team and others to continually train and improve operations that benefit patient experience and operational excellence.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, but not required.
- Ability to meet OSHA, CDC, ADA, and HIPAA standards.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred or commensurate work experience from on-the-job management/ leadership training.
