Job description
We are seeking Medical Receptionist to become a part of our Daphne team!
Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line phones
- Greet patients with a friendly demeanor upon arrival
- Check patients in/out
- Scan patient information into charts
- Process payments from patients
- Ensure patient charts are handed off to clinical team in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based on Physician and PA/NP availability
- Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments
- Provide patients with support and guidance as needed
Qualifications:
- Must have customer service experience
- Must have 2 years of experience in a medical office
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to work in our Daphne office as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
