IndyDog is searching for driven and motivated individuals to join our rapidly growing team. We handle AT&T's fiberoptic, TV, and wireless customer service and sales support for their consumer platform. No prior experience is required as we train all of our Customer Service and Sales Support Representatives from the ground up.
Responsibilities of a Customer Service and Sales Support Representative:
- Customer Acquisition and Retention
- Overseeing and Managing Territory using Salesforce Technology
- Right Fitting the Customer's Needs to Ensure their Satisfaction
