ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Sales Associate at Stanton Optical, you will be a pivotal member of our store team. You'll be responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and fostering a collaborative environment that embodies our core values.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends, and willingness to travel for training
- Highly resourceful with problem-solving abilities
- Eligibility to work in the United States (Work Permit/Green Card/Citizenship)
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals through effective sales techniques
- Implement Stanton Optical proven Sales Process to provide exceptional service to customers
- Embody our cultural values to contribute to company-wide objectives
- Enhance customer satisfaction by warmly greeting patients, assisting with eyewear selection, and addressing inquiries
- Create an inviting and energetic atmosphere for customers, colleagues, and visitors
- Stay informed about our products, optical solutions, and the latest eyewear trends
- Focus on increasing average purchase values and reducing discounts
- Participate in and facilitate training and coaching for retail associates while adhering to company standards
- Collaborate with fellow associates and communicate directives to ensure smooth operations
- Take ownership of additional duties as assigned
