- Troubleshoot repairs.
- Complete daily records of work performed.
- Install and repair pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.
- Manage daily schedules with repair staff to ensure efficiency.
- Work with office staff to ensure a high degree of accuracy concerning accounting and billing.
- Improve processes and create innovative ideas to help us grow to the next level.
- Explain needs to customers and get approval for any repairs needed.
- Perform all duties with a customer and safety-first mindset.
- Manage customer care issues and complaints.
REQUIREMENTS:
- RAIL Certification preferred.
- Must have a high degree of mechanical aptitude and strong swimming pool operation systems knowledge.
- Working knowledge of pool plumbing and electrical wiring for pool/spa heaters and heat/cool pumps.
- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently with little oversight.
- Possess a willingness to communicate and share knowledge with customers in a tactful, respectful manner while presenting a professional image.
- Dedicated to meeting deadlines, possess strong customer service skills, excellent verbal, and written communication skills, and effective organizational skills.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience as a pool repair technician, a valid driver's license with three years of verifiable driving history, and a clean driving record.
Compensation –This is an Hourly position. Paid weekly. Eligible for Overtime
Total compensation with RAIL Certification is $31.25 to $38.47 hourly based on experience
Total compensation without RAIL Certification is $26.45 to $31.25 hourly based on experience
