Job Title: Technical Solutions Sales Representative

As a Technical Solutions Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling our products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
· Product Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our products and services.
· Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand market trends and consumer demands, providing valuable insights to optimize sales strategies.
· Order Management: Secure orders and ensure timely delivery of products, guaranteeing adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction.
· Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product specifications and capabilities, effectively communicating the value proposition to customers and addressing any inquiries they may have.
· Problem-Solving: Assist customers in resolving any issues or concerns they may encounter with our products, ensuring a positive customer experience and fostering long-term relationships.
· Sales Analysis: Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and development, providing recommendations for strategic initiatives.
· Training and Development: Conduct product installation and training sessions for both customers and internal teams on product features, benefits, and sales techniques to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
· Field Repair: Install and repair Mimaki products as needed.
· Travel Requirements: Be prepared for local travel, including after-hours and weekends, to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Education and/or Experience
Associate’s Degree; or two years of sales experience, preferably in a technical or related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
Proficient on Company-provided hardware and software.

Must be able to travel 60% of the time; requires some after hours and weekend work

Pay: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
