Senior Product Manager, Population Health Management (hybrid)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Tandigm Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Population Health Management, to play a crucial role in developing and managing our products and solutions targeted at healthcare providers. Reporting to the Product Director, Clinical Solutions, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product strategy for Risk and Quality administrative workflows. Your focus will be on creating innovative workflow solutions that address the unique needs of healthcare providers, driver customer satisfaction, and fostering business growth.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be a key player in shaping the future of our Population Health Management initiatives. You will work closely with teams from engineering, Accurate Coding & Education, Quality, Marketing, and Business Development to ensure our products meet market demands and exceed customer expectations. In this role, you will need to balance technical expertise with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, translating complex requirements into actionable plans. Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop a deep understanding of the healthcare provider market, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for provider solutions, aligning it with the overall company strategy.
- Identify new product opportunities and define business cases to support investment decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
Product Development and Execution:
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.
- Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and launch.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product releases, working closely with engineering and project management teams.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to iterate and improve product features and functionality.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, Network Solutions, marketing, and Business Development, to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Work closely with the marketing and Network Solutions teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for provider solutions.
- Support sales enablement efforts by providing product training, documentation, and sales tools.
- Gather customer insights and feedback through various channels and incorporate them into product planning and decision-making.
Product Performance and Optimization:
- Define and track key product metrics, including usage, adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Conduct regular analysis and reporting on product performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions, prioritize enhancements, and drive product innovation.
- Monitor market and industry trends, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance and differentiate our provider solutions.
General:

- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a product manager with a focus on healthcare or software solutions for providers, or relevant experience.
- Certified Product Owner is a plus
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
- Strong understanding of healthcare provider workflows, challenges, and industry regulations.
- Demonstrated success in developing and launching innovative software products or solutions.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, utilizing methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven and customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with product management tools and platforms is desirable.
