CDL-A Company Drivers and Owner Ops Wanted
Dry Van - No Touch Dedicated Freight
Dedicated Customer/Freight - Easy Out and Back Routes
Originating from Michigan to all midwest states and south states.
Automotive Mixed Freight for the big 3.
Some Drop and Hook
Midwest and South Regions
2500-3200 miles a week
Reset your hours at home.
Very easy consistent work to keep you moving year round.
Mix and match multiple dedicated routes to keep revenue flowing in.
Trucks:
Newer Model KW, Volvo, and Freightliners
Auto and Manual Trans
Fridge, Microwave, TV, with a new mattress
Company Driver Pay:
Average between $1600-$2000 a week
$500 sign on bonus
$100 Food Bonus to fill your fridge
1099 and W2 positions available

1099 Contract Drivers-
Solo Driver $0.60 per mile all miles zip to zip
Team Driver $0.70 per mile all miles zip to zip
W2 Employee Drivers
Solo Driver $0.52 per mile all miles zip to zio
Team Drivers $0.62 per mile all miles zip to zip
Bonuses Offered:
Log Book Efficient Bonus - If you go the full quarter with no log book violations you get a $0.01 bonus for every mile driven.
Equipment Bonus- If you go the full quarter with no equipment violations truck/trailer you get a $0.02 bonus for every mile driven.
Paid Vacation- Each Truck has a monthly revenue goal to meet. If those revenue marks are met you quality for 1 paid weekend off. If you hit those goals for 6 months straight you will get a paid week off.
Health Insurance is optional
For $80 a week you can have Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance under a no deductible plan for drivers that live in south east MI. This is after 90 days with the company and the first month paid upfront ($320).
Occupational Health Insurance is optional
$25 a week if anything happens while on the road this covers your loss of revenue.
Job Requirements:
Must have 2 years of CDL-A driving experience.
Must not have any failed DOT drug test
No DUI/DWI
No accidents in the past 3 years.
Flexible to run any lane the company offers. No route restrictions
Understand how to use your Elog, Pre Tripping your Truck/Trailer at all times
Full understanding of the trucking market and conditions that arise.
