Marketing Content Creator (Full-Time; In person)
Primary Responsibilities
· Collaborate with the team to plan and execute marketing strategies that align with the business development strategic plan, to grow brand presence, and meet business objectives of the Firm.
· Share ideas, solutions, trends, and technologies in marketing that support Firm strategy and lead to the effective and efficient implementation of innovative marketing strategies.
· Develop content and work with the webmaster to maintain the Firm website.
· Lead the full proposal response process. Including opportunity identification and highlighting Firm capabilities in Request for Proposal (RFP) inquiries for various clients (i.e. local government, entrepreneurs, bankers, not for profit entities and developers).
· Facilitate storyboarding activities, content creation, design, development and production for final review and submission.
· Publish articles and develop outreach campaigns that increase Firm exposure and share relevant, educational content with a broad audience of followers and client prospects.
· Lead the design and cataloguing of professional, creative designs by incorporating a balance of brand standard images, graphics, and copy.
· Provide design and content creation of presentations, external communications (press releases etc.), branded recruitment and pitch materials, campaigns, and ad hoc community outreach events.
· Develop brochures and introductory packages in support of business development.
· Establish and execute content strategy for firm social media communication channels.
· Attend industry events as a brand ambassador of the Firm.
· Generate firm and team member award nomination submittals.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
· Familiarity with a corporate workplace environment and the possesses the required professional acumen.
· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design tools.
· Demonstrated writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
· Strong ability to multi-task and pay close diligence in a fast-paced environment.
· Initiative-taking with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in using company communication tools, such as email, the internet, Microsoft Office products (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant applications.
