Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial modular buildings
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
- Collaborate with coworkers, and other professionals to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly
- Follow building codes and regulations when performing plumbing work
Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete plumbing tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a plumber
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and techniques
- Experience with commercial plumbing projects
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized plumbing equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to plumbing installations
- Basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, etc.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
