Qualifications to be an Artisan Lead Carpenter/On-Site Supervisor
- Prefer 10 years of frame-to-finish carpentry experience with 5 years on-site project supervision.
- Experienced with the entire building envelope including tying into existing structure.
- Knowledge of modern building methods and current codes.
- Prefer high end finish carpentry experience with historic restoration/preservation, yachts, jets, or similar intricate, meticulous projects.
- The heart of a teacher to mentor the next generation of artisans is a must.
