Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using medical office systems such as Eaglesoft or similar software
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures related to urgent care or medical office operations
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with patients and staff
- Experience with front desk duties including check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling
- Familiarity with managing medical records and maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a busy environment
