Job Summary:
· Successfully coordinate, troubleshoot, and expedite sales orders.
· Effectively follow through orders to ensure a timely delivery.
· Combine a sense of urgency with appropriate customer service responsiveness.
· Efficiently service multiple markets and support all aspects of the entire order cycle.
· Respond to customers through letters, emails, and forwarding product samples.
· Cooperatively manage the entire process of order entry.
· Promote customer centricity throughout the team to ensure a coordinated response to the varying level of customer inquiries received.
· Improve and develop new processes to advance efficiency.

Pay: $20.93 - $25.21 per hour
