Job Description:
· Use strong excel skills to model and analyze real estate proforma and budgeting projects
· Oversee and manage all aspects of project planning, budgeting, and execution to ensure successful completion of real estate projects.
· Collaborate with project team and resources to drive project results and manage risks.
· Establish project objectives, policies, and procedures.
· Analyze past data to create and implement budgets and financial reports.
· Monitor revenue and expenses amongst projects to plan for future financial needs.
· Review all proposed plans to identify possible cost reduction opportunities.
· Efficiently track and evaluate project milestones to meet deadlines.
Skills/Experience
· Strong excel skills to build proforma models and budgets and to analyze and update existing models and/or budgets
Strong financial skills and understanding to model and budget property financials to drive future plans and actions.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Strong leadership skills
· Effective written and verbal communication skills
· Real Estate Experience
· Affordable Housing experience
