Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations of a grocery store
- Manage and lead a team of employees
- Conduct interviews, recruiting, and training development for new hires
- Oversee store management activities
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
Requirements:
Work side by side with coworker ok every aspect of the store.
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a grocery store setting
- Proficiency in organizational tasks and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Familiarity with training development techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
