Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' inquiries and concerns
- Assist with event management, including setup, coordination, and cleanup
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facility
- Monitor guest activities to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- Hospitality: Ability to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Conflict management: Skill in resolving conflicts or difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Events management: Experience in planning, organizing, and executing events
- Public speaking: Ability to confidently address a group of people or make announcements
- Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively assist guests and address their needs
- Guest services: Knowledge of providing exceptional service to enhance the guest experience
- Cash handling: Proficiency in accurately handling cash transactions and maintaining financial records
Note: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
