We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Member Service Rep to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.
Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Assist members with account maintenance and troubleshooting
Process member transactions and requests accurately and efficiently
Provide information on products, services, and promotions
Resolve member complaints and issues in a timely manner
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
