Job Title: Adjunct Faculty, Lecturer of Construction Technology

Employment Type: Adjunct Faculty schedule varies based on course needs. Classes may be taught during the day as well as evenings and Saturdays.
Salary: $600.00 - 850.00 per credit hour, commensurate with education and experience.

SUMMARY:
Part-time faculty needed to teach one or more Construction Technology class(es) which could include: Building Materials, Construction Safety & Regulations, Construction Codes, etc. Journeyman level industry experience preferred in both residential and commercial construction with a comprehensive understanding of OSHA standards, industry safety rules, and national building codes helpful.
Duties include teaching, assessments, lab/classroom maintenance. Preference given to those with related industry credentials. All classes will be taught in-person.
Western Colorado Community College, WCCC, is a division of Colorado Mesa University. WCCC offers community education courses and a range of certificate and associate degree programs.

A minimum of 4000 hours (approximately 2 years' full time) of related occupational experience within the past 7 years.
