The Summer Real Estate Development Analyst Internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate development. Interns will work closely with our development team on various projects, providing valuable support in research, analysis, and project management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting market research and feasibility studies
- Support financial modeling and analysis for potential development projects
- Participate in the preparation of project proposals and presentations
- Help with site analysis, including zoning and regulatory requirements
- Assist in coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates
- Attend project meetings and site visits

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Urban Planning, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience or coursework in real estate or finance is a plus
