Overview:
Tone Products Inc., a fast-growing privately held contract manufacturing company, is in search of a dynamic INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) COORDINATOR who will work alongside the business to assist in developing and implementing innovative technologies to improve efficiency and operational capabilities. This individual will coordinate day-to-day operations and be responsible for the maintenance of critical Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management System (WMS), IT infrastructure, and end-user support. The IT Coordinator will lead all technology functions of the company ensuring IT systems, people, and vendors are effective and functioning according to the goals and objectives of the organization. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and talented IT professional to greatly influence the organization’s IT strategies, policies, and program execution.
This position will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Leads development and implementation processes for the organization’s IT systems and department.
- Analyzes and coordinates the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs and requirements.
- Proposes strategic solutions and identifies the need for upgrades, configurations and/or new systems and reports to ownership.
- Establishes efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure.
- Analyzes IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.
- Facilitates IT security audits or investigations.
- Assists CAO in the management of relationships with external IT vendors, consultants, and service providers.
- Assists Project Manager, internal core team and external Consultants in the current implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Point person for continued improvements, development, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 beyond completion of project.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps.
- Experience in analysis, implementation, and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications.
- Thorough understanding of database design, file structures, information retrieval techniques, files access methods, coding, and database controls and standards.
- Thorough understanding of IT and practical applications to support the company’s goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in the latest technology for IT systems and management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- At least five years of experience in a general IT position.
- IT experience in the Manufacturing industry preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
