- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of retail math principles
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to supervise and lead a team towards common objectives
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer interactions
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a retail setting is a plus
