Description:
The Career Resource Coach/Instructor will work closely with the Director, Women and Girls Program to support Summer Institute Program. The position will support Director, Women and Girls Program in developing curriculum and instructional support and design. Career Resource Coach/Instructor will mentor, instruct, and coordinate daily learning experiences for participants.
Compensation Range:
$21 to $30 per hour/ DOE
Essential Functions of the Job:

Review curriculum, implement modules, teach lessons, and perform program assessments;

Maintain proper documentation of processes and identify/track measurable outcomes that demonstrate program effectiveness that are aligned to funding requirements;

Support reporting and data collection management input and accuracy;

Responsible for building and nurturing participant relationships;
-
Deliver direct service support and in-person programming and lead day-to-day program support;
-
Other duties as assigned by the Director, Women and Girls Program.
Requirements:
Education and Certification:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in education, social work, community development, or related degree.
Experience:
-
Five (5) years or more of relevant work experience in leadership development, program management and teaching;

At least five (5) years or more of relevant experience in developing educational programs and courses with a focus on digital technology and nontraditional adult education;

Education sector, teaching experience required or or trainer in non profit sector required.
