Position Overview:
As a Manager Trainee, you will learn all aspects of our business, including sales, field operations, finance, and customer service. This statewide position offers the unique opportunity to transfer to a neighboring island within Hawaii, allowing you to experience the beauty and diversity of our islands while building a rewarding career.
Responsibilities:
- Learn the ins and outs of managing a team and fostering a positive, family-oriented culture.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering our promise of "Service with Aloha."
- Undergo comprehensive training on running a profitable and safe branch operation.
- Monitor operations to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Drive productivity and support employee development.
- Analyze reports and utilize data to drive business decisions.
- Handle both internal and external customer interactions with professionalism and care.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, with weekends as necessary.
- Hours of work vary by location.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Adaptability to work in various environments (e.g., outside, in the field, remotely).
- Strong people skills, initiative, and self-motivation.
- Creativity and innovation in problem-solving.
- Competitive and driven spirit to achieve company goals.
- Ability to travel inter-island and willingness to transfer within Hawaii.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM (Customer Resource Management) programs.
- Higher education (training, certifications, licensing, trade school, college).
- Ability to read reports and analyze data.
- Dynamic, critical thinker with business acumen.
