Full Job Description
- Supports the sales team’s efforts, as needed.
- Provides customer support when needed through both written and verbal communication.
- Works with the Branding/Marketing department as assigned by Sales Support Supervisor.
- Provides feedback from clients to Sales Support Supervisor weekly basis.
- Analyzes and processes orders, follows up with customers on order issues, or opportunities, to maximize sales.
- Responsible for day-to-day communication with assigned accounts as it relates to products, programs, and detailed launch information
- Represents company at tradeshows, distributor events, and/or large account related events.
- Creates reports to analyze sales statistics.
- Maintains customer relationships.
- Daily utilization of Salesforce Sales Cloud for managing customer related data
- Handles customer related and team related projects as assigned by Sales Support Supervisor and or the Executive Director of Sales
- Potential for travel to customer events and or expos estimated travel 5 days at most annually.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
- This position is responsible for following all documented cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures), Work Instructions, and Policies designed to support the development, implementation, and control of the ISO 22716:2007 standard.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
