To ensure that we exceed our goals, we are looking for an AT&T Customer Service Representative who is detail oriented, possesses a high degree of professionalism, and has a reputation for putting the customer’s needs first.

As an AT&T Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to communicate and build genuine relationships with new and existing customer accounts. Upon joining our AT&T Customer Service team, you will work directly with senior-level management and receive extensive training on our company policies, customer service solutions, and, ultimately, how to effectively represent AT&T. Responsibilities of an AT&T Customer Service Representative:
- Enhance every customer’s experience by creating a genuine, positive, and professional interaction
- Offer detailed information about AT&T’s wireless products and services to assist customers in making informed lifestyle and purchase decisions
- Troubleshoot problems, resolve conflicts and find quality solutions to ensure a superior customer experience and increase customer retention
- Increase new customer acquisitions and sales by utilizing product knowledge to educate potential customers on our client’s products, services, and sales promotions
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products when appropriate that may benefit the customer thus increasing sales
- Apply market research and competitive pricing to upsell products and services and maintain a competitive edge against other brands
- Ensure all customer records including contact information, billing address, delivery date, and preferred sales packages are correct before submitting to the sales team

Basic Qualifications for an Entry Level Customer Service Representative:
- High School diploma or comparable
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service, customer support, sales, or similar field is recommended
- Flexible schedule and reliable transportation
