Xezo is luxury goods brand selling pens and accessories.
We are looking for 1 employee to help us get our products to our customers. This employee will communicate with customers via email, inspect small accessories, package them for shipment, process shipping labels, and handle miscellaneous tasks around the office. During order-heavy seasons, the employee will need to be able to work VERY QUICKLY and accurately.
Responsibilities Include:
- Communicating with customers via email about their orders
- Inspecting products with care
- Packing orders for shipment and communicating with shipping carriers
- Labeling items
- Filling out shipping documentation
- Working with various databases using Excel
- Basic office tasks (cleaning, organizing files, etc.)
- Other product and logistics-related tasks
Basic Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel. On a scale from 1-10, we will only consider applicants with a skill level of 4 or higher. A knowledge test will be required upon potential hire.
- High school diploma
- Interpersonal (soft) skills, professionalism, and a customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent English language skills
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
The following knowledge would be beneficial to your hiring consideration, but are not required:
- Microsoft Access
- Interest in writing instruments, accessories, or luxury products

This part-time position is for 20 hours per week with a very flexible schedule and potentially expanding to include more hours. The office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am – 5:30 pm.
