The Fleet Sales Manager must consistently and profitably meet vehicle sales quotas through expert management of time, processes, self-discipline, and social networking. He/She must conduct outside/offsite sales calls and cold-calls. The Fleet Sales Manager also assists customers with the resolution of any concerns that may arise during or after the sale.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of commercial sales and/or sales management experience in a large-volume dealership. Candidates must have a strong business acumen, sales aptitude, and entrepreneurial spirit, as well as a willingness to accept full accountability for sales targets. Excellent communication, networking, social media, and computer skills are a must.
The compensation for the Commercial Account Manager will be salary plus commission ranging at $100,000 or more.
