Job Title: National Service Manager
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement service plan
- Develop service guidelines for all MAX products
- Tracking service metrics
- TTT(Tool Turn Time)
- Cost per repair
- Repair call backs
- Warranty claims
- Refurbish program
- Suspected defective tool/parts issues
- Hire and manage all service dept employees
- Training all service techs and service center managers
- Training all authorized service center personal
- Training all authorized dealer service tech
- Develop service tech database
- Develop authorized service center program
- Communicate all service issues monthly to database
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Lead bi-monthly service issue meetings
- Providing technical support across the company and customers
Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma with minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred).
Experience:
- Repair Manager experience for multiple branches (preferable) Minimum 3 years
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Microsoft GP and salesforce.com experiences (preferable)
