We are seeking a motivated individual to serve as Community Manager for our Marina & Resort Community located in Livingston, TX. Our goal is to provide a high-value community that our residents are proud to call home and to visit.
This role as Manager will consist of administrative task; someone who is responsible for all aspects of the community: leasing spaces, rent collection, managing resident relations, implementing community-building programs, enforcing park rules and community standards. Someone who has experience managing others is a plus as we will have on site maintenance. We need a smart, responsive, problem-solver who is also a good test taker for licensing purposes and who takes responsibility and gets results. We need someone with a solid background in customer service.
Starting pay is $19-$20per hour. This is a full-time position. The time commitment is 40 hours per week. With weekends required during summer months.

● Customer Facing Role: Greeting Guests/ Residents as they enter the office and assessing their needs including selling items in our store front.
● Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, answering the phones, responding to emails, processing the mail, etc.
● Handling communications with residents and vendors via phone and email.
