Office Coordinator (Part-Time to Full-Time Position)
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Manage phone systems and ensure efficient communication within the office
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Maintain and update calendars, schedule appointments, and manage meeting logistics
- Provide front desk support, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with team management tasks, such as coordinating schedules and facilitating communication
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records
- Oversee medical office management tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations and protocols
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office coordination or related administrative roles
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing calendars, files, and records
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in medical office management is a plus
