This position provides a variety of IT support services to the Township’s employees, elected officials, and technology assets with a primary focus on Public Safety. The role of this position is to provide technical support on current township systems and applications. This position will work closely with IT and Police to oversee technical support for specialist technology including dispatch equipment and communications.
Graduation from a college or university with at least an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred three years of current related work experience.
Working knowledge of computer hardware and software including specific applications such as Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to apply troubleshooting and problem solving skills to resolve issues. Dispatch technical support and Public Safety troubleshooting experience.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
