```Duties```
- Pack, count, prepare and load all items for shipment.
- Prepare all shipment documents using ERP system.
-Oversee and manage the shipping department operations, ensuring efficient and timely shipment of products.
- Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and delivery confirmations
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any shipping-related issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies in the shipping area
- Utilize companty operating system to create all required shipping documents, schedule shipments, and manage inventory
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes and procedures
- Proficient in using forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Familiarity with 3PL (third-party logistics) operations is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and other departments
