Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our Customer Service team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service through various channels including email, phone, and video meetings. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales by converting leads into sales orders and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through email, phone, and video meetings delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Assist with up to 50% of core volume in Customer Service queue including answering inbound emails and phone calls
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with proactive outbound communication to sales leads including check ins and sales opportunities
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects through the sales process to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
- Work towards achieving the sales goals and growth objectives established by the company.
- Work collaboratively with teammates, leadership, and other teams to ensure customer’s problems are resolved
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly or quarterly goals to internal/external stakeholders
- Attend industry trade shows or meetings that include travel. Travel would be less than 10% of job responsibilities.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in customer service and sales roles, with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales goals and growth objectives.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for industry events or meetings.
Salary: $18 hourly, depending on experience
