The Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for the Sample Room and preparing sample requests for shipment; and providing backup Receptionist duties and Customer Service support.
PART-TIME: work 4 hours during an 8am-5pm Monday-Friday schedule. 20 hours a week.
Essential Accountabilities

Coordinate sample room activity.

Maintain sample room inventories.

Run daily sample reports.

Prepare and ship samples.

Provide backup reception duties, as required.

Provide daily support and clerical assistance to Customer Service and seasonal support for Marketing Team.

Learn and comply with established quality and safety systems policies, work instructions, and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma
